smoked mackerel, egg and cheddar paste
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 200 g smoked mackerel
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 30 g high protein grated cheddar
- 1/2 finely chopped red onion
- salt, pepper
Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes and cool them down. Add all ingredients apart from the red onion and cheddar cheese blend up. Add yoghurt, mayo, cheese and chopped red onion and gently mix all together. Season with salt and pepper.
