I try to walk every other day. Recently I managed to walk the same distance by a few minutes less. A brisk step, sometimes a jog, but with a reasonable tempo. My body is still in the healing phase and the last thing I’d want is to go for ‘re-stitching’.

My doctor has permitted me to ride a stationary bike and I try to use it on the days I don’t go for a walk. It works great together with Succession (TV series).

I think my body has started to understand that you can’t lose weight so quickly each week. The last week was only 1.1 pounds down. The doctors warned that such a moment would come, where matabolism would start to stabilise so that a temporary break might be experienced.

The last few days I have noticed that I can drink more water. Even three sips at a time! The daily supplements are travelling to my stomach much easier, especially as the vitamins are quite sizeable.
