I disappeared for a while. Preparations are underway to return to activity at the next level. Back in the gym next week. My body is changing. It is very sensitive. Every touch hurts. I can feel every movement. The bones have started to crunch and this is due to quick fat loss. I have started to attend massages. I try to stretch regularly. Anyway, I am returning to the gym to start treadmill work and stretching. I may be implementing some minor strength exercises.
Today I went for a walk in the rain with elements of running. It’s a great feeling to get out of bed and achieve your goal, regardless the weather. Three weeks ago I covered the same route in 21 minutes at an average speed of 5km/h. Today 18 minutes at 6km/h. Motivating huh? Remember, it is better to move briskly, over shorter distances and, above all, regularly rather than to walk a longer distance once in a while.
