air-fried chicken cubes

  • chicken breast 100g
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • red onion (1/4)
  • cherry tomatoes (4)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of fresh dill

Dice up your chicken and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika powder. Mix all and stick into your air fryer for 10 minutes (or panfry if no air fryer available). Dice up your mozzarella cheese, slice cherry tomatoes and red onion and mix together with a splash of balsamic vinegar and pinch of a fresh dill. VoilĂ !
