fried cheese and ham

  • grated eatlean cheddar 80g
  • two slices of smoked ham
  • freshly chopped salad (iceberg, red onion, red pepper)

Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Spread the grated cheese and add the chopped or sliced ham. Fry for 2 minutes, then use a thin spatula to form a pocket and fry again on both sides for about 30 seconds. Serve with a small fresh salad on the side or sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
